Meetings

These matters are discussed and decided by the L&FPC at monthly meetings, which usually take place in the Lady Rose Hall on the third Tuesday of each month (apart from August), starting at 7.30 p.m.

Any member of the public is welcome to attend meetings of the L&FPC (other than those which are previously identified as dealing with confidential matters).

Each meeting includes a 15 minute “public time” period at the start of the meeting to allow members of the community to share their views and question the members of the L&FPC on matters on the agenda (more below).

We very much encourage the members of the Parish to attend and participate.

Agendas

An agenda setting out the matters due to be discussed at the next meeting will be posted at least 3 days prior to each meeting on the village notice board[s] and on this website.
